Sales Representative

Skills & Requirements

  • Written and Spoken English with British or American accent.
  • Ability to explain functions and procedures of software products to international clients
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem solving process and product demonstration via Web or In-person meetings
  • Independently Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of deals
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Coordinating with technical team to address customer complaints or requirements

Must have

  • Strong time management and problem solving
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies
  • Open to travel for work
  • BS degree or equivalent
