Responsibilities

  • Explaining software products to customers
  • Providing first level contact to customers
  • Convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with customers
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommending procedure modifications or improvements
  • Coordinating with technical team and potential customers
