Job Description:
Product Researcher – SaaS Products responsibilities include to consider someone who will be able to work on research activities to create actionable, measurable product goals. We are looking for a product researcher – SaaS products to drive impact through multiple research methodologies and tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and researching target markets for our product portfolio
- Conduct competitive research or analyze a product’s features and functions to identify any required improvements
- Collecting data on customer preferences and attitudes regarding competitors products
- Evaluation for further improvement and development of product
- Minimize risk for business by ensuring a successful product launch
- Execute product research to provide inputs throughout the product development process;
- Conduct product evaluation research, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Understand business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
- Recognising and conveying the requirements of our target clients
- Gaining a thorough awareness of the market environment
- Designing and carrying out user research that is both qualitative and quantitative
- Analyzing data to produce insights that affect product direction
- Delivering to cross-functional teams insights that are both clear and actionable
- Conducting market research to determine demand for new goods, features, and design, and engineering teams to ensure that products are developed with the user in mind
- Conducting research projects to enhance pricing, marketing, and other aspects of products
- Doing surveys or other research projects to acquire information on prospective customers behaviour
- Provide reports of critical actionable insight based on research findings to stakeholders
Must Have:
- Experienced SaaS Products Researcher
- Deep understanding & practical knowledge of SaaS Products
- Experienced in market analysis
- Subject matter expertise in a particular product or market
- Deep understanding of market behaviour
- Proven research skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in relevant field
- Proven 2-3 years experience in Research field SaaS Products
- Strong analytical skills
