Job Description: 

Technical support representatives help customers to troubleshoot issues with a piece of equipment. Tech support is also responsible for installing equipment, maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with others to improve the company’s system requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of web Development (PHP, NodeJS, Python, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT)
  • SQL Implementation (Create, Design, Maintain Databases, evaluate and implement efficient method for SQL)
  • Knowledge of Project management tools, like Jira etc. 
  • Support Query Optimization (Analyze customer support requests, Debugging, change requests and customization) 
  • Critical Thinking (Sound reasoning and Judgment abilities) 
  • Problem Analysis (Identify problems, recognizing what needs to be done before taking action). 
  • Machine Language communication Skills – Programming skills
  • A.I. knowledge is preferred. (Automation Process, SQL Performance Tuning etc.)

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Technical Field (Computer Sciences / Software Engineering etc.)
  • Call Center (+2 Year Experience)
  • Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Non-Verbal both)
  • Excellent Writing Skills, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Multi-tasking, Listening skills. 
  • Excellent Presentation Skills (Analysis and presenting results in a clear manner).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
