Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our team and help us create intuitive and effective products that meet our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research studies to inform product design decisions, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to identify research questions and prioritize research activities.
- Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are integrated into product design and development processes.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the RegTech industry, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Political Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in the RegTech or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of user research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and software commonly used in UX research.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the RegTech industry, with experience conducting research in this domain a plus.
