We are looking for Technical Support Representatives who can provide integration and technical support to our existing clients.
- Go through technical documentation
- Assisting the customers to solve queries
- Foresee customization requirements by customers
- Liaison between Sales and Tech department
- Review back-office to troubleshoot customer queries
- Handling queries over Skype, Zoom, Gmail etc.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
- Willing to work in social hours
- Good writing and learning skills
- Ability to communicate in English
