Responsibilities

  • Go through technical documentation
  • Assisting the customers to solve queries
  • Foresee customization requirements by customers
  • Liaison between Sales and Tech department
  • Review back-office to troubleshoot customer queries
  • Handling queries over Skype, Zoom, Gmail etc.

Must Have

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
  • Willing to work in social hours
  • Good writing and learning skills
  • Ability to communicate in English
