Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a minimum of 7+ years of experience to oversee and manage our Engineering, DevOps, SQA, and Technical Support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in technology solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire and guide teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Engineering, DevOps, SQA, and Technical Support teams, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of all systems and applications.
- Develop and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and leadership.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges promptly.
- Implement and monitor DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Ensure comprehensive quality assurance and testing processes are in place.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate them into the team’s workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and leading Engineering, DevOps, SQA, and Technical Support teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong technical background in software development, DevOps, SQA, and technical support.
- Proven experience with agile development methodologies.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to mentor and guide technical teams effectively.
Good to Have:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certification in project management or agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Prior experience in a similar industry or domain.
