Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of revenue targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Market Research and Lead Generation:
    Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors. Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online research like Linkedin, networking events, and cold outreach.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
    Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs, present our products/services, and establish rapport. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation:
    Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for potential clients. Articulate our value proposition effectively, addressing clients’ pain points and highlighting the benefits of our offerings.
  • Sales Support and CRM Management:
    Assist the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and CRM database. Track and report on sales activities, deal progress, and success rates.
  • Market and Industry Analysis:
    Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth. Provide insights and suggestions for product/service enhancements based on market feedback.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies and achieve common goals.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales-related role is a plus.
  • Must have experience on LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships effectively. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to engage and persuade potential clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
