Job Description:
Programmers Force currently seeking a talented Graphics/UI Designer who is passionate about crafting visual stories and intuitive user interfaces. If you are eager to contribute to a dynamic team and create impactful designs, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical content into compelling graphics and UI designs.
- Present and defend your design decisions based on your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, layout, typography, user psychology).
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions in terms of graphics.
- Ensure that all designs are visually engaging, effective, and aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that tasks goals and objectives are met.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet the deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field from a reputable university.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other graphics design software.
- Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.
- Experience designing assets such as icons, images, and infographics for product interfaces across various platforms including print, digital, and social media.
