Program Description:
- Participate in a structured training program to develop skills in providing technical support to clients using the product.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to understand product functionality and resolve technical issues.
- Gain hands-on experience in API testing and assist in API integration and troubleshooting for clients.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of API documentation for client reference and internal knowledge sharing.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide timely updates on issue resolution under mentorship.
- Utilize SDKs to support clients with product integration and customization tasks.
Education & Prerequisite Requirements:
Must have:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Experience with technical writing, such as creating documentation or tutorials.
- Knowledge of SDKs and basic understanding of product integration concepts
