Program Description:
- Enroll in an intensive Graduate Gateway Program tailored to develop essential skills in project management methodologies, with a focus on Agile practices.
- Collaborate closely with seasoned project managers to gain comprehensive insights into Agile project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
- Engage in hands-on experiences in Agile project documentation, including sprint plans, user stories, product backlogs, and burndown charts, under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to understand project requirements, expectations, and constraints.
- Assist in coordinating Agile project activities, resources, and deliverables within ClickUp, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize ClickUp and other Agile project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, communicate updates, and mitigate risks throughout the Agile project lifecycle.
Education & Prerequisite Requirements:
Must have:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- Previous exposure to Agile project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Trello, facilitating Agile project planning and execution.
