Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Python and related frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FastAPI, Django, Flask, MongoDB, ELK, and PostgreSQL. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring their scalability and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and related frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions.
- Work with MongoDB, ELK, and PostgreSQL databases to manage and store data effectively.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into development processes.
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and APIs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
- Proficiency in working with MongoDB, ELK, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask frameworks.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, ELK, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good to Have:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
