Program Description:
- Enroll in a comprehensive Graduate Gateway Program tailored to develop essential skills in software quality assurance methodologies and practices.
- Collaborate closely with seasoned SQA professionals to gain comprehensive insights into software testing, quality assurance processes, and defect management.
- Engage in hands-on experiences in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking, under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Participate actively in requirements analysis, risk assessment, and quality metrics definition to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports, to support effective testing strategies.
- Utilize testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG to automate test cases and streamline testing processes.
Education & Prerequisite Requirements:
Must have:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting of test results.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps.
- Previous exposure to testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) and version control systems (Git), facilitating test automation and collaboration with development teams
