Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Data Scientist with a target stack including Python, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, Keras, computer vision, and machine learning. This role offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of data science, gaining hands-on experience and collaborating with our experienced data scientists. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior data scientists to work on data analysis and machine learning projects.
- Assist in data preprocessing and manipulation using Python, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Develop a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Participate in computer vision projects, including image classification, object detection, and image segmentation, using libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Build and fine-tune machine learning models for predictive analytics and computer vision tasks.
- Create informative data visualizations using libraries like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Maintain organized documentation of code, experiments, and findings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and computer vision through self-study and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline).
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, and Keras is a plus.
- Passion for working with data and solving complex problems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
