Job Description
HR Compensation and Benefits Executive to plan and oversee our company’s compensation and benefits programs. You will be responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation, supporting the recruitment process, and managing day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining liaison between HR & the finance department
- Solving all employee queries related to compensation & benefits
- keeping record & documentation of all employee files & records
- Maintaining employee records & documentation on HRIS/ ERP
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
- Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
- Draft job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
- Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organisation
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business Administration / Accounts & Finance
- 6-12 months of experience working as an accountant/ administrative
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Non-Verbal both)
- Excellent Writing Skills, Employee Focus, Verbal Communication, Multi-tasking, Listening skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Dependable and responsible mindset.
